AEW sold 14,000 tickets to Arthur Ashe to Arthur Ashe stadium show in July 2021 (before Punk). In fact most venues were near a sell out for that year when fans came back.
It was a hot company and you can’t say it wa so my because of Punk because he wasn’t there for half of it and you can’t say it was because of NXT because NXT competing with them on Wednesdays has nothing to do with ticket sales or PPV buyrates.
