is there a general consensus of major american wrestling promotions? i have ocd and i need to know which feds to follow/watch past events so i don't end up watching every single one until it becomes too much and i just give up. so i know that wwe, wcw, tna/impact, and aew are no-brainers, but after that it starts to get a little more difficult to discern. were ecw and roh really as big as they're made out to be? if so, then why is awa so overlooked when it was arguably as big as them? pwi recognizes the mlw and nwa titles as world titles, but are they really? should nwa count anyway since it dominated wrestling before the wwf? wccw held packed stadium shows in the mid 80s, should it count too? what about georgia championship wrestling, gwf, and smoky mountain? should gcw and pwg count or are they just glorified indies? evolve? lucha underground? mid-south?
