So I know that the majority of people say 2k19 is the best one of 2k but unfortunately my pc can't run it so if what do you think is the best game where I can download CAWs that resemble a somewhat modern roster

Fire Pro is your best bet

I don't even think you can download CAWs on any 2K game anymore other than 2K22

2k15-2k20 are basically the same game they probably have the same PC requirements
Also the creation center where you download CAWS is down for all 2k games besides 2k22

The online services aren't active on the old 2K games, you'd have to download a save file or some shit, so your chances on things being up to date are almost nil

Your only options are Fire Pro or Wrestling Empire which has fake versions of real wrestlers. You can edit them and give them their real names
