It's just a dangerous spot in general. Willow's view was obstructed by Anna's body so it was hard for her to properly judge the distance. Someone should have veto'd it, I wouldn't trust those two to be able to pull it off safely.

Correct. When I've watched Willow, she's a solid worker. Sells stuff in the ring. Does a good job generally as a worker. I like her matches. This is the same shit as the Lance Archer moonsault. AEW needs an adult reigning these wrestlers in. Lance should never have been allowed to do a moonsault in the ring just as someone shouldn't have allowed Anna and Willow to do this. It's the culture of flippy shit wrestling infecting good workers and having them take risks they shouldn't take for zero actual benefit to the show.
