>>8626712I learned yesterday you can excessively yawn due to anxiety and I yawn a lot before something I am nervous about so it makes sense but it's annoying because when I yawn my eyes water and I tend to cry if my eyes water enough and my nose starts to run so it's a bit embarrassing tacked onto how scared I already am of the upcoming event I am nervous about.
