Jay Briscoe drove into the oncoming lane and impacted another vehicle at a high rate of speed. The other driver was killed instantly. One of Jay Briscoe's daughters died on scene, the other was airlifted to critical care. Jay died while receiving emergency medical treatment en route to hospital. No signs of drug or alcohol use. Currently the belief is Jay suffered a myocardial infarction.
