there were TV shows in the late 00s/early 10s where it was the same rehashed shit about guns and storage auctioning but with Goldberg as the host because they thought he is still a draw
all of them were made with low budget and ended up on cable TV channels nobody watched
I was honestly surprised how excited people got over his return in 2016, but they immediately turned on him after he beat Owens so I bet it was just zoomers with artificial nostalgia goggles who creamed their pants

People at least popped for Goldberg when he came back to WWE.

Most of the WCW guys that didn't get picked up by WWE fell off pretty bad, Buff Bagwell, Lex Luger, Shane Douglas, Sid, Rick Steiner.

not Shane but I have actually met Shane at Target before and he was super nice and I BS'd with him for about 10 minutes. He seemed to be in good spirits and was happy I recognized him.
As far as post-wrestling career goes, Shane is doing better than most. Being a Target manager isn't going to make you rich but I'm sure he gets by comfortably enough. At least he doesn't need to get slammed on razorblades to buy more fentanyl.
