He was already pretty sawdusted by 1996 or so and had slowed down a lot. He spent his peak years primarily in FMW before gradually shifting to focus more on ECW. Man he was great when he was young.

I think we saw his peak in ECW, He'd just be murdering ECW regular rotation of babyface construction workers for the Network in place of Rhino.
