“dimes” does not mean something that you personally would enjoy. It refers to drawing money. As in getting people that otherwise wouldn’t to tune in to the tv shows, buy tickets, buy merchandise, etc. Sami Zayn is absolutely not the person to do that. Quite the opposite. He’s only appealing to people that are already deep in the wrestling bubble. The people that literally drive away anyone new/lapsed. He is the definition of anti-dimes.

Insider here. Current plan is for Sami and Solo Sikoa to be the final two in the rumble. The Bloodline come out and try to oust Sami but basically the entire roster empties out to keep them from altering the end result. Sami wins. The idea here is that basically everybody in the company is sick of these guys.
