>>8678162yeah, it was so funny and yet painful seeing WWE scramble to figure out how to get attitude era ratings because they were never personally responsible for them. It was all off the backs of the original nWo storyline and Hogan becoming a great heel. It couldnt go on forever and things like Bret getting screwed, McMahon becoming a heel, women stripping down, and Austin's rampage sparked people's interest, but none of that had any substance or changed the show. It was still always dumb, nonsensical, and with zero pay off. The things nWo/WCW had real impact on the wrestlers that changed everything: gimmicks, appearances, affiliations, etc. It was pure kino.
