Shingo Takagi led the young boys in torturing the monkey Cora whenever CIMA wasn't around. Finally it was the young boy Yohei Fujita (Noah's Yo-Hey) who leaked what was happening by creating a blog from the Cora's point of view hoping that it would get some attention from outside Dragon Gate since as the most junior person in the promotion he couldn't directly stop one of the promotion's top stars, Takagi, himself. The story blew up and became a major scandal. A bunch of the talent shaved their heads and were forced to make public apologize. Yo-hey however was fined, fired, and blacklisted from the business for two years until Dragon Gate lost so much steam they couldn't threaten to not work with other promotions if they hired Yo-Hey. Even after Dragon Gate began to slide into oblivion he was still only able to work in bingo hall promotions like Osaka Pro and Apache until Go Shiozaki and Naomichi Marufuji tracked him down and invited him to come work in Noah.
