I have both agoraphobia and claustrophobia so I spend my days in a constant state of anxiety and panic until I pass out to sleep from exhaustion.

I have agoraphobia but I bring an ice pack with me when I leave the house to go to the gym.it helps me relax if I start tweeking out. I still go 6 days a week to lift. Wrestling is my inspiration
