The treatment of Japanese wrestlers in TNA directly led to the creation of AEW
When Okada was sent to TNA, the only people who took care of him were the young bucks, who helped him get a place to stay and stood up for him when he said he didn't want to do something like blading in a match, and was constantling battling management to treat him better
Okada directly repaid this favor by putting a good word foe them with Gedo(a fact that even the bucks acknowledge), which got them booked as a tag team in NJPW, which connected them with Kenny, which lead to the establishment of the elite, which then led to a connection with cody, who worked with the bucks to set up All In, who then called in Okada who repaid the favor yet again and signed up, which was a huge legitimizing factor for the event and got a bunch of other talent on board, as well as draw more eyes to it
Without TNA treating Okada like any other job guy, AEW as we know it would simply not exist
