Can’t work with WWE. WWE holds an entirely separate ring philosophy compared to the rest of the world. Either you have gassed out WWE talent constantly trying to play to cameras or you have everyone else wrestling a slower, softer style with constant awareness as to where the cameras are.
There is a reason WWE doesn’t believe it’s pro wrestling.

WWE already is the world cup of wrestling. Outlaw leagues are the qualifiers, occasionally a chink or europoor makes it through but at the end of the day the best in the business are members of the WWE Universe. I don't remember seeing this Okada guy in WWE which means he isnt good enough. He has no right to mention Hunter by name or talk about world cups

You would need to get guys from every country (impossible) and then politics would fuck up the last 32 because you would have book top stars for it to even work and entire countries aren't going to be happy about putting each other over.
