Its always impossible to tell if the old top guys like Austin/Rock will be there because they are actual professionals and real men who dont feel the need to run their mouth off/leak things to generate hype. 90% of the time WWEs writing is somewhere between very mediocre to pretty bad.
To the credit of the brainless masses, the fans regularly reject the subpar.. and ven seem to accept and cheer for the pretty good.
case and point - Reigns 2015 vs Reigns 2022.

Bryan wasnt cheered due to the yes chant, he was cheered due to getting over in the ring and for having genuine passion and talent.
