Dude. I'm convinced that Dragongate must draw some fucking casual as fuck crowds. None of the Japs that watch DG watch any other wrestling. That's the only reason I can rationalize how DG is the 3rd highest drawing Japanese promotion yet never do well in these polls.

I think it's a self-defeating loop
ShuPro has an anti-dragon gate bias because dragon gate fans don't buy shupro, and dragon gate fans don't buy shupro because they aren't interested in anything except dragon gate

it's like the opposite of what happens with joshi where shupro spams it because insane waifufags will buy 50 copies each and make a fort out of them if you put a woman on the cover

Sugiura and Kojima makes sense. It's a real happy story of a team and both of them are legends.

The only thing that surprises me there is Bishamon and Meltear being that low. I would assume they are more popular.
