Why don't they just put one or two people on the cover? Like just Moxley or Bryan or Sting or something? Ten people on a game cover?

Same reason why Wrestlemania has 2 nights and 20 matches now. Same reason they give out participation trophies. The current generation believes that everybody deserves a spot at the top. Everybody works hard and deserves to be a cover star.
