And even Gunther is a bit... you know, he's holding a belt and it would be silly for him to make Reigns even more of a belt blackhole. Same for Theory, its too early for him the backtrack again.
Why would Rock or Austin need to climb back anything? These guys are legend status and probably can just get the match with few promo appearances - plus it cuts down the injury risk.
