There are massive problems with this that no one seems to be talking about. WrestleMania is in April. The next Saudi show is in May. Sami is barred from Saudi Arabia since he's a Syrian national. They aren't going to have a "bigger than WrestleMania" show without having the guy holding both titles - or even one of them - who's slain the biggest heel in years. How exactly does that work?
Pretending they work out some kind of exemption for Sami in SA, then what? Am I expected to believe that the guy Wee Man and Johnny Knoxville kicked the shit out of last year and has spent the last year eating pins from whoever he faces is now a credible champion? Remember that month where Drew McIntyre would beat him in minutes even with shenanigans?
Please, help me understand how a Sami Zayn win at WrestleMania makes any sense beyond that one night.
