Guy's got the worst case of GEEK VOICE I've ever heard. Just high pitched, grating, annoying -- he sounds like some guy raising his hand to answer a question in geometry class when he's cutting a promo, it's awful.
What he needs is pretty simple, though

Make him a silent badass type, maybe just mask the lower half of his face so you can still capitalize on his looks a bit, DOUKI style mask or some shit.A great example of how much a fucking mask and a gimmick can do for somebody is Ninja Mack. He probably wouldn't be getting booked anywhere if not for the gimmick.
