As for the content, some of the workout information is alright but he gives an insight to why he had at least two (that I know of) quad injuries - he states that he doesn't do some leg exercises because he "doesn't want a butt like J-Lo". That probably resulted in a hamstring imbalance. Lance Storm's advice is unironically much better for beginners and intermediates.
The autobiographic sections are a mix of some original info but also the same old history whitewashing that came in from 2001 onwards.
