He's injured.
If the whole conflict between him and the bucks backstage turns out to be a work or they just burry it he'll probably get back and have a long run trios champion with FTR. There's not point in knowing how to cut a good promo if you're made out of glass.

I remember glaring daggers at him during this promo. He made eye contact when it was over and he looked scared, like he knew he was losing the fans. Whatever, he shouldn't have been a face after the Eddie Kingston feud anyways. It isn't like he wasn't cutting "Straightedge means I'm better than you" promos in Chicago Ridge for ROH back in the Bush years.
