Did DDPY from March through October last year. Just started again at the start of Jan. Hoping I can stick with it throughout the year. My back is sore right now from yesterday's Diamond Cutter. Along with a pretty dirty keto diet, I went from size 44 jeans to size 37. Haven't weighed myself because I didn't want to look at the number, but I legit became a believer in DDPY.
