Roman is the hottest heel right now. Jey is still one half of the tag team with both tag belts, and Sami is completely cut out from the Bloodline because of this. Roman does not forgive. The Imperium is mostly likely to defeat Braun Strowman and Ricochet for contending the Undisputed Tag Championship. This means Jey has to be pulled back to work with Jimmy against Imperium, likely at EC.
Roman needs more heat before losing the belts. I would set this up where Seth Rollins offers help to the Bloodline by locating Sami "and one other person* for an ambush. Roman is more paranoid than ever, so he won't lose opportunities to pound on anyone that can be a threat. Sami just happens to be in the same breathing space as Ziggler, Lashley, Miz, Corbin, and Finn Balor, all the recent contenders for the US championship that Rollins would like knocked down a peg. Cody happens to see the aftermath of every ambush, like a trail of bodies to the wrath of the tribal chief. Now Cody has another reason to face Roman at WM. Sami can even seek asylum with Cody, now a big target is painted on Cody, Roman will want to ruin Cody. Wiseman figures out Seth's scheme, tells Roman that Seth can't be trusted. Solo ambushes Seth, just like all the other former US belt contenders. Solo gets a match with Theory and takes the US belt, thereby elevating the Bloodline to a full house of belts.
If Imperium takes the Tag belts at EC, Solo is unable to gain the IC belt from Gunter to unify IC and US. However, if Usos retain, then Solo could take Gunther's belt and become the final undisputed tribal champion, a royal flush of champions with the biggest villain heat. Admit it, you'd hate it if the Bloodline got more belts. This makes WM the perfect PPV for the Bloodline to lose all their belts in 1 sweep.
