This stuff isn't that hard when you have private drivers and private jets and people to handle the annoying scheduling and all you have to do is get from point a to point b. I used to work on the road and had to do everything myself, scheduling, hotels, planning where to drive then driving for hours and preparing meeting with clients. It was hell but if all the annoying stuff was done for me and all I had to do was focus on my meetings it wouldn't have been so bad.

Lack of sleep makes you look like fucking ass and if you lift heavy weights then you're more likely to injure yourself because your body isn't getting the rest it needs in between workouts.
