Hogan wants to bring back legends and outsiders to defeat NWO while Punk is trying to build an army from the younger guys on the roster
Hogan called brought back The Rock, brought Tanahashi from Japan, and surprised with number 30 in the Royal Rumble Kenny Omega
Punk called up NXT champ Michael Metzger (CAW, former deathmatch specialist), saved Austin Theory from NWO after his initiation was proven to be a trap set by Bron, and managed to even secure the allegiance of The Imperium (still led by WALTER)
basically the NWO has all titles, and won the Royal Rumble with all 4 members making the final 5 before Kenny entered and valiantly fought all 4 before being eliminated by Cena
now Cody Rhodes returned from AEW and is being hounded by offers to join the NWO, but he's remained neutral
