Basically, what you guys are saying is that Logan Paul is a once in a generation talent that just has an ultra innate ability to be the best wrestler in the world, and that if he were, say, to decide to go to AEW instead of WWE, he'd be tearing the house down there and BTFOing everyone in the WWE roster.

Whereas what I'm saying is that WWE are experienced people that know what the fuck they're doing, and they grabbed an already established superstar that has athletic ability and charisma and put a fuckload more effort than they would put in anyone else in their roster to guide him through the whole thing.

It's up to you to on who you want to give most of the credit.

He gets to train with HBK and not some shitter who never put on a memorable match in their life like everyone else in the PC. He also has weeks to months to train and rehearse for one match instead of having weekly matches potentially exposing him as the crowd becomes more familiar.

He’s definitely the best celebrity wrestler any company has ever had. His natural athleticism certainly helps.

Oh yeah plus they have awful taste anyway with trying to spam as much stuff as possible. From what I've seen of thede celebrity guests, they have them do a couple big things and make sure they all look good. What was that other guy they had one time, Bad Bunny or something. Stop talking to yourself, if it's true that all they do is babysit these celebs then how come most of them don't end up being trusted to have long matches or take bumps? Stephen Amell, the guy who played green arrow, came in and was training for like 5 months, and in the end, they only let him do a tag match. He wasn't allowed to take any hard bumps at all. Logan trained for way less time and he's had 2 quality singles matches. It has less to do with coaching and more to do with whether the person is talented/athletic or not.

Bad Bunny did some pretty impressive shit in the Battle Royal. They just did the same thing that they did to him, but for a longer period of time with Logan.

You're right that Logan is easily the most impressive of all the celebrities that came in, but I have no doubt he'd get exposed as much more middling than you think he is if his strings were cut off, so to speak.

Fortunately for you, I will never be proven right on this, because WWE aren't retards, and they will continue protecting Logan and his appearances for as long as he's with them.

The real test would be how he can put together matches and react to things on the fly, when the entire thing hasn't been laid out to the point that they're basically enacting an action scene. He's definitely athletic and can do the moves well with practice, but I don't know how much that says about how he'd do in a week to week scenario. He'd probably be a decent talker though, considering he's some kind of celebrity

Because they're inexperienced and celebrity guests. Doesn't that just make sense, you don't want to have a green guy do a long match where there's more chance to mess up, and you probably don't want to have a green guy take a big bump either, especially when they're some big celebrity. They show up to pop the ratings and then they're out, just have them do a Goldberg match where they look good with minimal risk of something going wrong

I haven't watched too much behind the scenes stuff regarding Logan Paul, but he watching some of the podcast he did with HBK (and having some training sessions lead by Shawn) he seems to really take the "just fucking go for it" principle that Shawn espouses when it comes to trying to do what he did. I suppose natural talent also helps with the execution though.
