Cesaro was in WWE for a decade, but was never seen as a guy who could be the face of the company. He doesn't have star power or promo ability, he's just a great talent that puts on entertaining matches.

That being said, I'd be shocked if Gunther ever got a run with a more prestigious title than the Intercontinental.

Unfortunately he didn't win the tag belts with Hager but he did with other three teams. Yes, he is one of the best tag team specialists in WWE.

Zero charisma, generic bald guy look, obscene pastrami nipples, and terrible low impact moveset despite strength being the ONLY thing he has going for him. Cesaro peaks at midcard enhance talent and should be glad he has a steady paycheck at all.

No. It's not like either are a great promo, but Gunther has a better look and aura to him. He's also a better wrestler in that he's always having the matches he should according to his gimmick. Claudio is great and a boon to any roster, but his ceiling is lower.
