Bobby Heenan legitimately hated Tony and that really becomes apparent if you watch back some of the shows they're on, with Heenan constantly sandbagging him. He also constantly tries to get himself over at the expense of the show which is really annoying, like the infamous "WHO'S SIDE IS HE ON" shit. I think he just hated WCW in general

he was making way more in wcw than wwf would have ever paid him during those years not to mention vince was likely about to phase Bobby out soon enough due to his age anyway.
