I love how this is almost like a redemption story for Maki who lost her idol career out of nowhere at the start of her wrestling career. These past two years, Maki has been at the top of her game in wrestling, having won the Princess Cup last year, having a reign as the International Princess champion, and having made multiple excursions to wrestle overseas this year. I’m happy to see her get her moment to perform as an idol again. She deserves to create happier memories for that part of her life.
