Same reason as Hogan: he knows what the audience wants to see and he's already over enough that he can get away with it. And also like Hogan, Brock shouldn't need to do all of that. He knows how to work his style, at his size, and it's to look like a dominant beast.

People say that but both matches follow the same lazy suplex shitty formula. The only real difference Brock has between his “good” matches and bad Brock matches seem to be how much and how long he’s willing to sell.

Brock’s last “good” match was probably against Punk. Brock’s last actually good match was 20 years ago.
