You let me down AEW fans. It was a great show. We had a gamethread. You'd figure a show featuring numerous known names in the business including Moxley would get more replies than the Impact thread but we didn't. Damn you all to hell.

What? A couple thousand bucks and a bottle of jack? I know that's about 3 months of indie bookings for Sami but when you want something bad enough you have to buy it yourself.

Don't get it twisted. It was a sellout and the Fite viewer number were through the roof. They're definitely doing a Night at Moxbury 2 this Summer but no reason it should have lost to the Impact thread here.

That's not the reason. Moxley did the show for free and made bank off merch but you have to go through Christopher Dnaiels who then has to go through Tony Khan to get permission for a Moxley booking. You can't just call him and book him anymore. There's many levels to it.

Here's a fun fact. Moxley has never charged booking fees. He has a multi million dollar contract. The whole reason he does indies is to elevate smaller promotions, to help them make money. He's a good lad who wants to see wrestlers and promotions make money. That's why he skips the booking fee and makes all his money from his merch booth.
