WWE's and AEW's women divisions somehow ended up with the EXACT same problem, being they have 3-4 girls at the top who could be in the title scene and the rest of the roster who have 0.0% chance of winning their title matches.
We know for a fact that nobody except Bianca, Rhea, Becky, Charlotte, Bayley, Asuka/Britt, Hayter, Jade are ever going to win championship matches.
AEW's male division has this issue with their world title, where every change/defense is 100% the expected outcome, but they've got 50 midcard titles to hotshot, but that has its own problems
