96-99 there's more good than bad. The mainevent scene gets more hate than it deserves, Macho and Piper were still delivering, and Goldberg was over like a religion, never went longer than he needed, easily consumed and fun.
00-01.. I stopped watching shortly after Arquette won the title, and never felt compelled to go back and watch it. By most accounts memeable but very hard to watch. From what I did see, I can't believe Russo fans are serious, and just in it to be contrarian.
