I watch wrestling mostly for the matches and for the few storyline things wrestling can do that traditional media can't, like real-time crowd involvement, blurred lines between reality and fiction, and I like the over the top characters that lean into parody.
If I want really good storytelling, I read Hemingway or watch Tarkovsky.
Why do you watch wrestling? It seems you don't like it much
