hes been rehabilitating his shoulder and getting stem cells the last few years. he doesnt want to return until his shoulder is 100% and all the scar tissue is massaged away. his shoulder/back were badly messed up towards the end in wwe and they were pumping him full of cortisone. he has always been planning on coming back though. he's almost there now and is just massaging out the remaining scar tissue
