Honest question

Is there any territory or company that would not push a guy who got super over with the fans without the booker having to lift a finger?

TNA did it a lot. Their expressed attitude what that when all the former wwe guys started drawing an audience then it was time to push the new guys. That time never came.
In world class if you weren’t a von Erich or a heel for them you weren’t getting pushed.
Pretty sure the 6 months out of the year Lawler booked Memphis he wasn’t gonna let another baby face get over. Same with Dusty when booking Georgia.
Most of WCWs existence, guys were used in relation to how much they got paid. On one hand they were trying to get their moneys worth. On the other you don’t make new stars.
