Adult Harry Potter fans become even cringier when you realize they're obsessed with being in high school forever. As for being a wrestling fan, that's why AEW has been a godsend. When people are like "Oh, you like wrestling? Like WWE?" you get to be like "No, I watch AEW. It's more mature." And there's no way in FUCK that they have ever heard of AEW, much less watch it. You can say literally anything about AEW and they'll buy it. But they used to watch WWE and when they got hair in new places and started thinking about sex, they stopped and remember it as a show that only a child could like unironically. And they will assume you are a child too without a buffer.

I hit the gym 5 days a week, i have a good job, im close with my family and i hang out with my friends regularly. I dont actually watch wrestling. I used to take occasional breaks but since 2.0 finished I think this time it might be for good. Now I just follow which ever wrestling shows have stories i find compelling. It doesnt make for good discussion so I dont bring it up offline. Ive met ONE out of dozens of adult Harry Potter fans that feels the same

I'm not a Harry Potter freak. I read the books when I was in school and enjoyed them. I'm now an adult who is going to spend my money and enjoy a video game eventually, if that bothers weirdos on twitter i couldn't care less.
