I can mostly thank Vince for fucking all those women, but I actually do think that WWE was improving a bit before HHH took over creative, and I think it probably was in response to AEW.

I agree with this 100% I think WrestleMania was the turning point for WWE. It felt like a series finale with one final Vince/Austin face off, Austin main event, HHH retiring etc
