i have to assume it's the contact itself that breaks the ref's count
but since that interference from the non-legal man doesn't result in a disqualification, why don't they just break every single count?

This is also a thing I hate. But apparently there's a rule where you can pretty much "tag" an opponent to break up a pin. I've never heard this put over on commentary so its prolly bullshit but it's something I've heard of
