I think Wheeler Yuta, Jungle Boy, Action Andrade, Takeashita and Daniel Garcia will be the next big babyfaces for AEW. They are the future that Tony should be focus on.

Well that's what they're working with. Adam Page maybe? All the rest of their top guys are in their 40's. Tony needs to push someone young. And I still think Jungle Boy can be a TOP guy. He was great with Christian. I also think Hook will get over big time with the Zommer generation as a pro wrestling Jake Paul fake mma shooter guy.

Has potential to improve, especially if he both gets a clue and works on his mic skills, but he's probably a career midcarder. Who knows, though? The hardcore viewer base was really high on him for like 3 weeks. Maybe he can pull it off again

Never got the hype for this guy. He's a good looking guy that the "normal" female viewerbase can fawn over, so he has that going for him. Feud with Christian was dimes, but that's because The Ribmaster is always fucking based.

Tony should hire someone who knows how to book him well. Guys like Mox, Kenny and Danielson have an expiry date and the zoomers that have been named here are still too green to be entrusted with such a role. Page is right in the middle and if nothing bad happens to him, he has at least 10 years of top-level performance behind him.

He's as flat as ever and has done next to nothing to actually impress a crowd while being carried by both Jericho and Danielson at the same time, Yuta has managed to play one of his roles properly and it garnered some interest.

How can he be the best booker when Dave himself says he doesn't understand the fundamentals of wrestling, which is to get people invested in matches and to build characters? Slapping matches together does not make someone a good booker.

Tony's job is to build a compelling product. All he did was get his wallet out and pay a bunch of good wrestlers to come in and have matches, and of course the talent he has can wrestle good matches. That doesn't prove he's capable of doing anything.

How many compelling storylines have been developed by him? How many new stars have been built under him? All he's done is squander potential breakouts.

Really, they need to stop cooling off their top babyfaces with these heel turns. Moxley going tweener/heel does nothing for anyone really, especially when he was virtually carrying the company as the top babyface post-Punk drama.
Maybe Mox was just bored or something, or maybe this feud is intended to slingshot Hangman back around to being the top babyface again.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was the latter but it all hinges on Moxley actually being able to turn heel and get heat and sympathy for Hangman which seems unlikely because Mox is so over.

Dude they haven't built anything at all. Everyone on the roster has been reduced to midcard fodder. There is no top baby-face. There is no woman built up to beat jade, no one on the roster who can be built for her now since everyone has been jobbed out to her 2 and 3 times each. Their tag division don't exist. Even the factions don't actually interact with each other. It's a load of nothing. No one is doing anything on any show. He couldn't even push Takeshita for a week.
