Kenny and the Bucks aren’t going to WWE. The Bucks don't want to be on the road and away from their families that much (it's the whole reason they left ROH/NJPW and started AEW), and Kenny's body couldn't handle the schedule at this point. Not to mention that none of them would be over with the WWE audience beyond the initial honeymoon period.

Plenty of guys don't do the full house show tours.
Bucks have a lot of friends high up in WWE at this point. Seth, Sami, KO, AJ, Usos, Finn, Good Bros, etc.
It's the better vibe for them now. If they'd be happier there, that's a huge reason to jump if the money is about the same.
