yeah it was fine but had no lasting impact. maybe if they made it more vague it would have been better. i feel like the criticism got to m night and now he is just adapting shit so people will stop making fun of him

The book has a different ending, but I find both endings depressing. I didn’t really want to see anyone die. I was hoping they were schizos. They didn’t really lean into that though.

There was a twist, but it was only a twist if you had read the book prior to watching the movie. The ending was changed
