No one cares if he's the longest reigning Universal champion since the belt was just a secondary one behind the WWE title. His WWE title run is just on the low 300+ days which many champions have done. He's not even close to Jhon (380 days), AJ Styles (371 days) and far away from Phil (434 days).

Also he won't even reach top 5 and it literally does not matter even if he beats out Pedro Morales. Nobody on /asp/ or even in the normie world cares about Pedro Morales.
