The Bucks were the first of those guys to talk with Tony officially because their deals expired first, and because no one else was offering them as much as Tony was. The other guys had bigger offers from elsewhere and their deals expired later.
Reminder that Tony used to lurk backstage at wwe shows and give free jags stuff to wrestlers to try to buy their friendship. He would have been in touch with plenty of WWE guys before he even knew that the bucks existed.
And again, reminder that Tony is a mark for WWE. He has no idea who any of the international talent he books are. He doesn't know anything other than WWE history. It's all he talks about. He's an edrone. He doesn't know anything about the bucks' style or whatever.
