HHH holds a post WM media scrum where he explains that Vince has a lot of money and will not go the way of Dixie Carter. He then announces he has a special announcement for the RAW after WM. During the RAW after WM HHH comes out to make the special announcement that he has a special announcement for Smackdown. On Smackdown HHH comes out and says his special announcement is that Cody will have to defend his new title in only 30 days. He repeats 30 days 6 times pointing at the screen before announcing he has another special announcement scheduled for RAW next week. At that RAW HHH announces Cody has vacated the title and there will be a tournament to see who is allowed to compete in a 30 man match that will decide seating for the title tournament. Cody wins all 3 phases of this.
