This is the biggest problem with having developmental on national TV.

The characters journeys are told in NXT and then they get on the main roster with a chunk of the audience not knowing how they fuck they got to that point. It'd be like if Cena showed up in his 2004 face rapper form without the original change and then the heel run.

Its why Dexter is hanging out the Mr and Mrs Gargano but some of the RAW audience has no idea how any of that happened when it took several months of NXT to get to that point.

Because that would mass populate the main rosters there's already a good bunch of NXT talents on the main roster aswell as NXT is supposed to be the third brand(iyo,lumis,Santos, and all of imperium)

Roxanne needs an opponent for Roadblock so they threw together this hasty storyline. Not a fan but it’s whatever.
Meiko was never pinned in the title unification match. She has also beat Roxanne in singles on NXT before she was champ.
