Like it or not, her relevance is tacked on to the stable she is in and Hayter's push to become champ was not going to suddenly make Baker fold as leader. Even when Hayter loses her belt it will likely be to a new face champion. Then who is left to feud as heel?
I already gave names and nobody else in this thread has really thought about these points yet. But I still mentioned that Penelope and Bunny should be booked better. Booking across the board is not so great for womens division including for Baker but Bunny especially has lost a few matches to put faces over and that certainly hasn't helped her heel status.
Meanwhile it becomes immaterial if Baker challenges for the title when Hayter loses it. She will still be more relevant because she is more over as a heel than any other in the womens division.
Like I mentioned maybe Saraya and Storm will finally manage to change things but even then that is a very new development. Since Nyla and maybe Jade, I don't know of anyone other than Baker who has seriously been relevant as a heel in the women's devision.
