>>8980308AEW has a serious problem that has been caused by last year and them basically fucking themselves over for Phil and his ego. White hot acts like Darby, Wardlow, and Kingston were all cast on the alter of Phil. Guys like Hangman also got shafted in exchange for Phil and the flood of WWEjects. This left OG fans (such as myself) furious at the company. AEW needs to rebuild and try to regain what it's lost. We can't turn back time, but here are few things Khan can do to try and turn it around.
>Consistent bookingIt's hard for people to get invested when you just drop characters and the storyline for no reason.
>Trim the Belts.Too many titles bloats the whole promotion and cheapen the main titles.
>Hard Brandsplit between ROH and AEW.There is a place for work rate wrestling, but it's always going to be niche. What I would do, is can Ramage, turn that hour into an ROH and let that just be for the pure wrestling/work rate fans. Let more characters focus of AEW remain in AEW. I'm not saying there can't be cross-over or inter-promotion matches, but use them sparsely and let them feel special.
>Stop focusing on Britt BakerThere are other women and it's depressing to see that Hayter's reign seems to be following Shidas. Yes, she is the champion, but all the attention, storylines, and the like is on Baker. The audience has rejected Baker and shoving her down people's throats isn't going to make them suddenly love her. Don't be afraid to put Baker in the back and let the other girls shin.
>Varity is the spice of life. One of the key things which made AEW so good was there was a lot of variety in the shows. It was a wonderful blend of NJPW, DDT, Dragon Gate, Lucha Underground, ROH, Impact, GZW, GPW, Indie show, ECW, WCW, WWF, and something that was its own. This has been lost under Phil, as TK started listening to Cornette and ignoring what AEWs fans liked and wanted.
