Moxley hates Punk, he didn't want to tag with him in their match against FTR and got in Khan's ear to move up the title unification match in order to outplay Punk's politicking to bury him. He completely avoided mentioning him in his book despite working with him several times over the years.

Punkistas have had very short memories about that. Phil very easily could've gone after Max in a way that sold their match, yet he buried him just as hard as he buried anyone during that muffin rant before the Brawlout.

When he said "I'm old, I'm tired, and I work with fucking children", one of the boys he was referring to was MJF. He was that butthurt over Max being more over with the fans than him.

But that won't happen because cm punk is probably very tied up in contracts.
